Jo has a breadth of experience in Senior Marketing, Sales, Commercial and Leadership roles in the UK, Europe and the Middle East in all sizes of organisations, with proven business success. She is also an experienced Interim on a daily, project or contract basis. Jo's strengths are inspirational leadership of teams, developing strategy based on insight, analysis and critical thinking, and delivering operational excellence. Jo is passionate about developing the collective strength of teams so they can excel and thrive. In 2023 and again in 2025 Jo was recognized as one of the Middle East’s most Inspirational women leaders for her ability to cultivate collaboration, innovation and excellence. Jo now works as a UK based, independent consultant, offering a mix of Interim Management solutions Non Executive Director support and Consulting on bespoke projects in the Pharmaceutical, Aesthetic and Devices space.
