About Jo Watson

I am a people person who is an experienced Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Leader. I bring proven expertise of shaping and delivering talent acquisition services from both recruitment agency and in-house/HR recruitment perspectives. I have managed teams of IT and technical recruitment consultants, created in-house talent acquisition services including strategy and team creation, built profitable businesses from the ground up and supplied a wide variety of organisations with consultancy services tailored to meet their individual needs. Whilst I look first for the positive in people, plans and projects I balance it with my pragmatism and ability to make unpopular decisions and stand by them. Talent Acquisition Services are charged at a daily rate and Recruitment Service charges are a percentage of salary for permanent recruitment and contractors at a daily rate.
