Jo is a freelance creative who specializes in designing and developing immersive digital and social media experiences for various clients, such as Sam Edelman, Parade, Unbound, STUDS, and THEM. They use their skills in Spark AR Studio, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator to create engaging and interactive websites and Instagram filters that reflect the brand identity and vision of their clients. Jo has also worked as a senior creative strategist at Deeplocal, where they developed strategy and set goals for the future direction of Deeplocal Events and Experiences. They worked closely with production, design, and creative technology teams to develop innovative proposals that blended market insights with the latest creative technology for clients such as HBO, Spotify, Meta, DoorDash, and Netflix. Before that, they were an associate creative strategist at MKG, where they owned, built, organized, executed, and presented creative proposals from start to finish for clients such as HBO, Google, Meta, Target, and Johnson and Johnson. Jo holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Parsons The New School For Design, where they learned how to apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to solve real-world problems. They are passionate about creating experiences that connect people, inspire curiosity, and celebrate diversity. They are always eager to learn new skills, explore new technologies, and collaborate with other creatives.
