About Jo Wonham Assoc

Building capable, engaged workforces who are incredible at what they do developed into not just my career, but my passion. Capability, and the incredible impact a knowledgeable, empowered, highly engaged workforce can have on business performance, cannot be underestimated. My last 3 roles have been in this field; Head of Capability and Training, Capability Manager, and Learning Academy Manager, have all been solely responsible for workforce development, learning, acquisition and retention pipelines, training, and staff engagement as a critical window to cultural, wellbeing and satisfaction. It has been my pleasure to personally drive the close links between staff capability and their ability to do their roles vs. engagement and their desire to want to. From workforce onboarding and retention to in-role functionality, right through to empowering team leadership, I get the pleasure of vastly increasing workforce impacts every day. Talent development, training, and dynamic L&D across functional, technical, and operational needs, balanced with wellbeing, DE & I, and engagement, has never been more important. I am also an experienced facilitator, speaker, and coach.
