As an Aftermarket Coordinator at Koenigsegg Automotive I have the unique opportunity to work with some of the most exclusive and legendary hypercars in the world. As part of the Koenigsegg team we manage the lifecycle and ownership experiences of Koenigsegg Legendary cars, overseeing all aspects of their aftersales and service needs in the field. In this position, I am responsible for ensuring the highest level of care, service, and attention to detail for our Koenigsegg Legends owners. We are managing all aftermarket parts, service, and upgrades for Koenigsegg's historical models, ensuring that every detail is maintained to the highest standards. We are acting as the primary point of contact for owners and dealers around the workd, providing them with personalized support and ensuring their cars are always in optimal condition. I am proud to contribute to the continued success of Koenigsegg in the aftermarket sector, and I am excited to continue providing our owners with unmatched service, ensuring their cars perform at the highest level for years to come. I look forward to continuing my journey with Koenigsegg, pushing the boundaries of customer satisfaction, and celebrating the legacy of these extraordinary cars. Previous experiences: I have spent the last 10 years working at Mekonomen with Mekonomen-owned workshops. I was involved from the beginning when Mekonomen started buying up workshops in Sweden and have been involved in the acquisition of almost all self-owned workshops in the country. My role in the acquisitions was to ensure right from the start that the workshops met Mekonomen's requirements regarding ISO, quality and environmental management and that the workshops immediately started working according to the group's set guidelines and goals. For the past 3 years, I have been workshop manager at Mekonomen in Helsingborg, where last year we won Mekonomen's most profitable workshop. In three years, the workshop went from a profit margin of - 4% to an incredible 17.5%. During the same period, we increased turnover by 20% with the same workforce.
