I am the passionate mountain guide in transformation projects. After more than 20 years in Finance, Sales, Consulting and Startups I know the heights and lows of transformations and how to reach the goals despite of bad weather. Let's go for it together! Great teams truly move mountains. I am passionate and seasoned Sales and Finance Manager with long-term experience in management consulting and startups. Before I joined DHL, one of the largest and maybe the most international company, I was working in different management positions for medium sized and startup companies. Besides my analytical and fast thinking skills I stand out for the ability to work effectively with people from all hierarchy levels and cultural backgrounds to bring them together and act like a team. One of our regional sales heads said recently: “You are always approachable and pragmatic but clear and never compromising on the goals.”. These kinds of feedbacks motivate me as I love to work in teams and I am convinced we all will benefit most if we help each other to develop us and the organizations we work for. My current role combines strategical topics as the integration of online and offline sales channels and tactical projects as specific customer and business development initiatives. This allows me to leverage my conceptual and leadership skills and drive sustainable solutions with people who want to shape the future.
