About Joachim Winckler

What can't be used won't be bought a second time - what can't be produced can't be bought at all." As an advocate for users, I make sure that people, with their needs and expectations, are at the center of new products, without losing focus on the business side. Together with the other specialists at Ipsos, I work to ensure that our international clients from all industries are successful on the market with new products or can make their employees' work easier through new processes. In doing so, I use my experience as a process and project manager, data analyst and interviewer, moderator and observer to look at and optimize the user experience from all relevant perspectives. After many years of evaluating concepts of various types and maturity in the public sector, I was able to gain valuable experience in end-to-end process analysis in the manufacturing industry after my transition to the private sector. My goal to make users' lives easier eventually led me back to evaluation - this time under the official term of user experience and finally as part of the Home of Researchers at Ipsos. If you would like to know more about me and how my colleagues and I can support the development process in your company, please contact me.
