I have implemented strategies to improve efficiency and functionality in the facilities department, ensuring prompt and secure deliveries, minimal downtime, and reliable package distribution. I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, where I developed strong communication and analytical skills. I also have a proven track record in project management, as demonstrated by my rapid promotion to Facilities Coordinator at IBM SevOne within a year of being an intern. There, I orchestrated the integration of Trello as a project management tool, collaborated on business transfers, and crafted emergency evacuation plans.
