I have a growth mindset, if I do not have a skill today, I go learn it. I am data-driven, using numbers to see where I am being inefficient, and Improving my behavior. All part of kaizen methodology. Just as I strive to reduce inefficiency in my personal life, I do the same for the projects I work on. It doesn’t hurt that I enjoy using excel.
