My passion is to care for the whole person, looking for ways to help patients improve their health and avoid disease through understanding and committing to plans that they can follow. I have a thirst for knowledge, and am consistently look for ways to improve my skill set. I strive to find ways to improve efficiency, while keeping positive energy and loyalty within the team.* Partnered in creating new worksite clinic, which has increased company profits and morale by preventing and managing worksite injuries and illnesses.* Developed wellness program presentations for national corporate use.* Designed and implemented a research study which evaluated the effectiveness of diabetic counseling techniques used by the Endocrinology department at Texas Children's Hospital. This data was used to modify educational programs and policies used by that department.* Increased productivity and patient care by developing a follow up system for clinic patients.* Responsible for correspondence between specialist and referring doctors to give patient status and progression information, which ensured insurance compliance, improved doctor relationships, and increased patient census.Specialties: Emergency medicine, urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics, otolaryngology/ENT, occupational medicine, drug and hearing tests.
