And the only way to do great work is to love what you do."- Steve Jobs I always thought my dream was to be a trainer, sharing my own experiences and stories and giving others the support they need as much as possible. It seemed like an appropriate dream given my 3+ years of experience working as an IT trainer. But I also found my passion when I provided digital solutions to business professionals. I yearned to learn more and analyze data to tell stories about business. And that's when it happened. I was given a great opportunity to be part of an operations team within the firm, and I had been happily expanding my role as a senior operations analyst ever since. It's my job to better leverage and analyze a firm's business performance and produce detailed analytics and actionable insights, translating business intelligence into business performance results that enable better-informed decisions. I do enjoy analyst activities such as requirement gathering, analyzing and visualizing data, and collaborating with people for solutions to make operations management more effortless and productive. This passion also carried me through my education at Centennial College, where I can access more resources and further equip myself with up-to-date knowledge. I grew my skills in applied analytic modeling, machine learning and AI, and digital marketing analytics.
