As an advisor in both employee benefits and wellness plans, I like to consider myself a problem solver. With a unique viewpoint on benefits, I can see how the puzzle of employee benefits, containing operational costs, and retaining/attracting/engaging employees all fit together. I help employers to elevate benefit program performance through a combination of strategic consulting, tools and resources designed to reduce costs, boost productivity and improve benefits delivery and communication. The key is being proactive and strategically planning your benefits program. In this day of Health Care Reform and escalating medical costs, it's not enough to just wait for annual plan renewal. It needs to be a year round process of managing your health care, being abreast of compliance, and educating your personnel. I have 30 years in the employee benefits industry. My expertise is working with employers on employee benefit strategy, including new and emerging trends and designing innovative benefit plans. I am familiar with all types of funding alternatives. I also provide consulting on budgeting and long term planning, and implementing health management programs. I am the employee benefits leader of our Health Care Practice Group.
