She is a dynamic workforce strategies professional with 25+ years experience working with C-level executives at global Fortune 500 firms. Her expertise includes working on global performance management redesigns, culture transformations, talent strategy and leadership development for companies from a wide cross-section of industries. Joan has led numerous talent strategy designs for global organizations across multiple industries. She also leads Deloitte’s Performance Management Practice and has led dozens of global PM redesigns. She has deep experience in culture transformation and leadership development and throughout her career Joan has advised business and HR leaders on some of their most challenging workforce issues. Her leadership role encompasses the development of new talent and performance management service solutions focused on creating meaningful employee experiences. Prior to her work at Deloitte Joan worked as an Independent Consultant and was a Director for the People & Change Practice at KPMG where she was responsible for leading large change management efforts, talent management, and market development for the Pacific Southwest Region. Joan co-led several large scale multi-year global organizational change initiatives and has worked on international engagements in France, Belgium, Mexico, Switzerland and China.
