28 year Nissan North America employee, with experience in Sales Operations, Remarketing, Fixed Operations, Business Management, Dealer Network Development, Training, Distribution, Mix Management, Advertising and National Sales Programs, Regional Dealer Contacts. Currently the founder of the Field Training Academy for Nissan North America winner of the Brandon Hall Gold Award in 2019 for best certification program. recipient of the Presidents award for excellence in performance in 2012 for work in recovery of the distribution channels during the 2012 East Japan great earthquake. Recipient of the OC Chairmans award for 2012 for work on the "Cash for Clunkers" program bringing 292 Million in revenue to North America. Responsible for the ground up development of the Nissan Field Training Academy. Prior to the FTA Nissan North America had no formal training program for the field staff. Over the past six years the course catalogue for the FTA has grown to over 21 courses, with three different Certification Series. Curriculum covers Consulting skills, Change Management, Dealership Operations, Coaching for Performance, Financial Statements, Digital Sales and Marketing, F&I, Negotiation Strategies, Presentation skills, Inception and termination of dealerships, dealership accounting principals and 20 groups. Currently to FTA serves over 40 different client groups and provides Automotive business acumen training to over 1,500 students annually. Beginning with only a sheet of paper the FTA now has three dedicated Studios and delivers in person learning, Live Broadcast Training, and Webinar series.
