I am J L Perez from Andorra, between France and Spain, small and safe country that do not belong to EEC.I am 62, divorced with three daughters (1982, 1983, 1989) and as elder son of my father, I was running the family group of companies, with more than 3.500 workers in some countries, since he died in 1973 until we had a court cases. J L Perez is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) with several years post qualification experience and many years of senior management experience. Holds Bachelor of Industrial Engineer degree from the University of Barcelona (Spain) with first class honours. MBA from Oxford Brookes University, UK and several years of progressively responsible work experience including Financial Control, Credit Control, Financial Accounting, Business Partnering, Business Analysis and Corporate Strategy. Pioneer member of United Bank For Africa’s International Accounting Standards project implementation team for Africa that handled the initial conversion of Financial Reporting across Africa from local accounting principles to International Financial Reporting Standards in 2004. As the Head of group Engineers (Total), I spearheaded the set-up and operations of the finance function of the company and led the Total branch roll out strategy. At Total Capital (Total Group), I was the Group CFO reporting directly to the Group MD of the Investment Banking arm of total.Am is presently the Chief Executive CEO Officer of OMZE limited Russia. Specialties: I am a specialist on Financial Control governance and re-engineering Presently I am considering a situation where we could both be productively complimentary, using our comparative resources base on mutual benefit. My intention is to invest in any country by taking advantage of it's unprecedented economic growth with more future potential such that it has been projected to grow between 4-7 percent growth over the next 20-25 years.
