About Joan Meyer

I have been a realtor with New Concept Realty since 2015. My main focus and goal is to help my clients find the perfect home, commercial site or farmground that fits their needs and wants and also to obtain the best price possible for my clients that are selling their real estate. I have lived in Henry County, Ohio my entire life and I am also very familiar with the surrounding counties including Wood, Hancock, Putnam, Defiance, Fulton and Williams which allows me to help buyers and sellers meet their needs in Northwest Ohio. I have also assisted clients by helping them find a realtor they are comfortable with in other areas of Ohio outside of my local surroundings. I am a member of the Northwest Ohio Board of Realtors and have twice received the President's Sales Club Award of Achievement. My personal experience at the law firm of Sunderman & Rode LLC, where I have been employed since 1986, has also given me insite to the ins and outs of the real estate world as our firm deals with real estate law on a daily basis. I am very active in my community and promoting downtown revitalization where I sit on our Chamber of Commerce Board and currently serve as President of the Deshler Community Foundation. I truly believe that volunteering in your community is the one true way that you can make a difference and it encourages other people to do the same. I am also very active in my church where I serve on the worship committee. I have been married to my husband, Mike, for 43 years and we have 4 adult children and 10 grandchildren.
