I recently joined ASAP to oversee all tax related functions including quarterly and annual filings, and working to resolve any issues with IRS and other agencies. I bring a lifetime of experience and will also be involved in ongoing training for ASAP’s employees.Before joining ASAP, I was Director of Operations/Payroll Tax Manager for ten years for Flex Pay, a North Carolina based payroll service. I also ran payroll and accounts receivables for a wholesale heating and air conditioning company in North Carolina and managed payroll for Sara Lee Hosiery among others during my twenty year career in payroll.I attended University of Texas at El Paso and West Texas State University, and am a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). I maintain my certification and continue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in the field.A stroke of luck brought me and ASAP together. As a native Texan, I also spent winters in Durango, Colorado as a young adult and always wanted to return to the area. When my husband and I moved from North Carolina, I discovered ASAP and made contact. The connection with another Texas transplant made for friendly banter, but the ASAP team quickly recognized my experience.
