A team leader who approaches all tasks with gravitas leavened by laughter, I’m adept at conceptualizing and executing project elements from soup to nuts! ENGAGEMENT LEADER Growing up, my introverted sister would tell me: “tone down your cheery-jolly personality and let’s just get in and get out without engaging.” An effervescent people-person, this was impossible for me! I’m a proud product of the island where warm personalities and big smiles are a way of life.
