Currently serving as the Director of Community Services at Jefferson Community College, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. Mission and Responsibilities In my current role, I orchestrate the development, staffing, budgeting, marketing, and execution of non-credit programs. My mission is to identify, design, and deliver diverse learning opportunities for adults and youth, ensuring college readiness, job training, professional development, and workplace certifications. Achievements and Expertise Conducting comprehensive needs assessments through research, surveys, and data analysis. Collaborating with local employers and College partners to innovate program development. Overseeing end-to-end program management, from course creation to registration and execution. Leading effective marketing and recruitment efforts to boost enrollments through various channels. Managing financial resources judiciously for self-sufficiency and profitability. Successfully preparing and executing grant applications to address community training needs. Collaboration & Leadership Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, coordinators, and support staff.
