About Joanna Colida

With over a decade of experience in education, leadership, and entrepreneurship, I’m passionate about building inclusive, high-impact learning environments for children and families. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Child Studies with a specialization in Inclusive Education and Entrepreneurship from Concordia University, I co-founded ADE Preschools in 2017 and LEAD Learning Club in 2021—two organizations rooted in care, innovation, and educational excellence. As CEO of ADE Preschools, I lead the strategic growth, brand development, and operational systems of our expanding preschool network across Quebec. With four locations and three more opening between 2025–2026, I focus on ensuring that each center delivers high-quality, play-based, inclusive early childhood education grounded in strong leadership and family partnership. At LEAD Learning Club, I serve as Co-Founder and sit on the Board of Directors, supporting the organization’s strategic direction and expansion. LEAD provides personalized academic support for children ages 5–12, and I continue to contribute to its mission through governance and long-term planning. In addition to my leadership roles, I consult with educational organizations to help improve program quality and operational sustainability. My mission is to create transformative learning experiences that elevate children, empower educators, and support families across Quebec and beyond.
