Hello there, my name is Joanna and I am currently working at JE Dunn Construction as a Project Reporting Coordinator within their payroll team! Motivated by my interests, I find passion in the environment and in a sense of community. I’m an animal lover and a people person. I love feeling like I can make a difference for someone. It could be a small difference in someone’s day but especially if my work can make a difference in someone’s life. I have always been a rule follower, so my teachers, bosses, and mentors have described me as hard working, genuine, people oriented, adaptable, and a quick learner. I graduated Cum Laude from Washburn University with a bachelor’s degree in integrated studies where I emphasized in psychology and communication. My Studies taught me excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written) and proficiency in office processes (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). I learned how to research constructively, and problem solve efficiently to produce the best results.
