About Joanna Green

My skills include both creative writing -ranging from the creation of poetry and literature to persuasive and enticing copywriting- and academic style writing, including excellent spelling, grammar, and sentence format. I have worked as a volunteer mentor within Franklin College's English Department for an academic year, and prior to this I attended college; studying English Literature and Creative Writing. I have background knowledge in sales and advertisement due to working as a part time social media manager with a local charity, Counting Hope. I have my poems published in two separate entities of writing, for each of these I also, as a part of a team, arranged and performed a showcase event for the launch of the books. Currently, I have a part-time job in retail to support my long term goal of finding stable work in the writing community. I frequently take part in open mic nights and poetry performances in the local area. I am invested in a future career based around Literature and Writing, and am passionate about every piece of writing I create and perform,
