As a contributor to the success of an establishment that has grown exponentially over the last 2 decades, my 9 years of involvement have taught me many valuable roles.Client relations and exceptional customer service are essential; I pride myself in providing an unparalleled level of 5 star service, and implement the same standard of excellence when on-boarding and training my front desk team of 10. I use positivity to make work a pleasant place to be, and a team to be proud to be a part of. In high seasons which include Mother’s Day and Christmas, our booking team exceeds projected sales targets year over year.Scheduling and vacation requests for a team of 40+ staff is an ever changing adventure, overseeing and executing an efficient appointment book makes this adventure even more exciting. I thrive in proving successful in high demand and ever changing scenarios that require efficient and effective solutions. Inventory management and wholesale buying for various health, beauty, and retail lines is a reward in itself as I witness revenue increases as a result of effective buying strategies. Building strong relationships with account partners and keeping up with consumer buying trends ensure a retail selection with quick product turnover and efficient inventory tracking. A jane of all trades in continuing to grow a successful organization no matter what it takes, my high energy and passion for my work are what keeps me focused, excited, and a step ahead.
