For the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my career to creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can belong and thrive. Working across financial, public, private, and third-sector organisations; including Lloyds Banking Group, Stonewall Cymru, and Shared Services Connected Limited, I’ve shaped impactful DEIB strategies, secured programme funding, and delivered initiatives that create meaningful and measurable change. Growing up in Newport, Gwent, in a richly diverse community, I developed an early drive to challenge inequality. When I came out in 2010, my personal journey deepened my commitment to building spaces where difference is celebrated. As a DEIB specialist and experienced change agent, I focus on delivering strategy, culture transformation, and wellbeing programmes that don’t just tick boxes but transform lives.
