About Joanna Pretty

As an experienced Executive, I am passionate about developing best-in-class products and services with the customer at the centre. I aim to create an environment that is inclusive, transparent and focused and as a result, I am proud to have led high performing and engaged teams across a number of sectors including financial services, for-purpose, telecommunications and consulting. I have Executive management experience across all steps of the customer journey including Product & Proposition, Marketing, Distribution, Customer Service and Operations. This experience has been invaluable in supporting the development of my key strengths including team leadership; Customer & Member strategy and Board & key stakeholder management. My career highlights involve transformation in all its forms including running the fledging digital channel at Vodafone during the launch of iPhone (1st Gen); managing marketing for the launch of the Opal card for Transport for NSW; executing the rebrand of Resimac Group and its distribution channels; and now managing a large Directorate for the peak body in the ever-changing Disability sector. The sectors may be different but the principles are the same – put the customer at the centre, support your team and the rest will come.
