About Joanna Webb

I’m an innovation and product leader with a background in AI, immersive tech, and education. I’ve worked across some of the world’s biggest names (Accenture, Microsoft, Pearson), leading strategy, building partnerships, and getting genuinely useful things into the hands of users. Not tech just because it’s cool, but commercially sound, technically solid products that solve problems. My career’s taken me from running global go-to-market strategy for immersive tech at Pearson (we delivered 60 VR experiences in six months on a shoestring) to leading AI-enabled learning design at Accenture, where I helped a major client identify a 20% training cost saving after an acquisition. At Microsoft, I delivered spatial computing pilots and digital twin prototypes for global clients, contributing to a 700% investment increase from one major retail customer. I'm also a founder, so I know what it takes to build something from scratch and keep it commercially viable. I’m well placed to step into roles such as Head of Product, GTM Lead, Product and Innovation Lead, or Partnership Manager. I’ve delivered across AI learning strategy, immersive tech, and enterprise product design, and I’m used to working with globally distributed teams, technical and non-technical alike.
