With twelve years of work experience in the financial services industry, I am a collections senior analyst at DTCC, the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry. I am passionate about delivering high-quality customer service, managing accounts receivable, and reducing debt for various DTCC products. I thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where I can leverage my skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to support the company's mission and vision.At DTCC, I have reduced < 90 days debt by handling collections tasks effectively for products. I work directly with Product Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales, Billing Team, Treasury, and Cash Apps Team. I send monthly AR Reports and conduct monthly meetings with Product Managers to drive results from an AR perspective. I perform collections duties by sending urgent emails and making phone calls to external clients, resulting in increased cash flow and improved customer satisfaction. I have also performed account management, reconciliation, escheatment, and AR adjustments such as refunds, write-offs, offsets, and reversals. Additionally, I have reviewed held orders and assessed if they must be rejected or released, which helped to manage the total accounts receivable and enhanced good decision making.
