People are central to why I have enjoyed working in various change management roles. I've been fortunate to work with some really great teams and building strong relationships; which has meant that I can get a real understanding of what customers needs are, whether internal or external. My ability to give clarity to the complex has put me in a great position to make real contributions throughout my career. Communicating the value of a process in a compelling way, has always been more than just another part of the role, and something I continue to enjoy.I’m naturally a curious, insightful, passionate person, who relishes the challenge. I work in a structured agile way, applying basic principles to each project, demonstrating a proactive and pragmatic approach, meaning I've been able to influence change and add value, both individually and through working collaboratively with colleagues/clients.
