Hi there, I practice, preach & teach what I love - YOGA! I've been a student of Yoga for 30 years and look forward to learning, evolving and growing for many more ahead. I've been fortunate to share and teach yoga with others for over 8 years, having built a steady and continually increasing yoga school. I offer several weekly group classes, private yoga tuition, workshops and 'yoga in your workplace' sessions. My personal yoga practice has seen me grow in confidence, independence, fitness and emotional wellbeing. Yoga has been paramount in helping me to make fundamental decisions and bold enough to carve the way to greater satisfaction and happiness, moving beyond previous limitations and boundaries. My aim is simple - to share my love of Yoga with you - To provide a space to explore it‘s non-competitive quality in a society driven by so much competition. To teach you there is always space in your life to breathe, slow down, reconnect & build internal and external resilience. Empowering you to be who you want to be, to shine your light and be happy with who and where you are.
