Residential: No family is looking for a house, but all are looking for a home. As a mother of four with the blessings of eleven grandchildren, I am keenly aware of the difference. I love seeing the smile and feeling the joy when a new homeowner is given the keys! Land, Custom Lots, Ranches, Commercial, Mixed Use: Home builders and developers are the backbone of our country’s economy. They work hard, take risks, and create more wealth for society than any other sector of the economy. Their well-planned commercial locations round out a community and the jobs they create allow for home ownership, investment opportunities and financial stability for countless families. I have been in the land development business since 1980. Specializing in land use planning, mapping and building projects such as schools, infrastructure, parks, and commercial projects. Over the years I have been involved in countless design reviews and worked with many community groups. I have presided over hundreds of home sales, custom lot sales, production lots, luxury properties, new construction, land development, ranches, and commercial real estate projects. I take great joy in seeing well-planned communities and development projects grow from design to construction. With the completion of each successful collaboration, I think of each worker and how talented they are in their respective professions.
