Jo is a Doula and future Registered Dietitian. Growing up in a Haitian-American household, food was always the one aspect that brought her family together. When her family's health became a concern, she found an interest in nutrition to help change her family's health status. Jo has used this passion as an avenue to start her own nutrition consultation and meal planning business named MealsbyJo.
