As the Global Leader for Scotiabank/Tangerine within IBM’s Account Team, I have the privilege of supporting a highly skilled team of IT professionals, strategists, and consultants. Together, we collaborate with banking industry leaders worldwide, helping optimize and align their technology investments with their strategic objectives, and navigate the complexities of change management in an ever-evolving IT landscape. With over 27 years of experience at IBM—having embarked on my journey with the company in 1998—I am deeply committed to continuous improvement and lifelong learning. Most recently, I earned my Master of Business Administration, complementing my Master of Education, graduate studies in Women’s Studies at Cornell, a Professional Project Management studies, and a Canadian Institute of Management diploma. My core competencies span new business development, consulting, manufacturing process improvement, and cloud and cognitive technologies. I take pride in identifying untapped potential within client environments and delivering value-driven solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency. Beyond technical expertise, I am dedicated to cultivating emotional intelligence, empathy, and communication skills to foster strong, trust-based relationships.
