MY PASSION: To provide meaningful financial information to an organization. I have a fire for learning about how divisions within an organization function, and how financial information can aid with their decision making. I enjoy changing an individuals’ perception of what can be expected from an accountant. MY ROLE: As an experienced accountant with progressive accomplishments, I excel in financial reporting, budgeting and process improvement. MY STYLE: I bring high energy to inspire and motivate employees. I place a high value on integrity and leading by example. I thrive on growing and learning together, as this will build strong connections throughout the organization. SPECIALTIES: Meaningful financial reporting; I have a desire to share information via flash reporting so that executives have up to the minute information available for managing the organization. Modernizing dysfunctional processes; getting the to key route of issues as well as thinking ahead to the impact certain changes will create. WHERE I EXCEL: I enjoy challenging work in a fast paced environment. I like messy situations that need organization and processes polished up.
