About Joanne Rogers

I am a Director in the PwC's Tax Reporting and Strategy (“TRS”) practice. I have over 20 years of experience in all aspects of corporate tax reporting and planning in a variety of industries and have spent the past 18 years specializing in the implementation, integration, and use of tax technology tools. My focus is to lead clients in the process and use of technology in the tax reporting, analysis and compliance process. I serve clients on a national basis in assessing the current state of the ASC740 processes, redesigning a risk based approach to the process, evaluating tax technology solutions, and implementing the recommended process improvements and technology solutions including the implementation of third party vendor software. I am a certified implementer and certified expert user of ONESOURCE® Tax Provision, as well as a certified Project Management Professional.
