About Joanne Stevenson

What do we do?We build better lives (and better businesses!) How?We recruit (FOC) new apprentices on your behalf and provide the fully-funded apprenticeship training – helping businesses secure a cost-effective supply of people with the skills and qualities they needed for a successful business. We also offer the LEP AGE grant - £1200+ which is available for any SME employers using apprenticeship funding for the first time (or have offered previous apprentices permanent roles). We provide funded NVQ/Adult Apprenticeship training for existing staff – bringing benefits, not only in terms of a highly skilled workforce but also by boosting productivity/motivation and staff retention. What does it cost?Absolutely nothing (or “nowt” for the Yorkshire Mafiosi amongst you!).Currently all our Apprenticeship training is fully government funded. So all it takes is a little bit of time on your part (and lots & lots of work from me in my role as Employer Engagement – well, my directors will be reading this!).Specialties: Our specialist NVQ/Apprenticeship areas: Management/Team Leading, Accounting, Sales, Business & Administration, Customer Service, Retail, Health & Fitness, IT User and Warehousing
