Education I am an enthusiastic and dedicated student undertaking a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Loyola College, Chennai. I completed my undergraduate studies at Indira Gandhi National Open University in travel and tourism. I learned a great deal about the travel industry, its many elements, and the value of offering top-notch customer service throughout my academic career. Among the many topics I studied in school were travel management, tourist marketing, destination development, hotel management, and sustainable tourism techniques. Communication: I possess good communication and interpersonal skills, which enable me to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, my attention to detail and problem-solving mindset contribute to my ability to provide and build rapport with customers.
