About Joanne Wright

I have been working in the music industry for over 20 years, developing core competencies in music licensing, project management, and analytic problem solving. My mission is to help unsigned artists in Ireland access a wide range of services and opportunities, from sync to royalties. I am currently a Music and Traditional Arts Development Officer at Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI), where I manage and advise clients within the music and traditional portfolio. I am also the business owner of Cross County Lines, an independent music publisher that provides artist development, management, and marketing services. I oversee all aspects of the business, from strategy and finance to marketing and operations. I have successfully negotiated and secured multiple contracts with various media outlets, including film, TV, gaming, and advertising. One of my proudest achievements is launching a comprehensive sync service that opened up new markets and revenue streams for our artists. I leverage my skills in project management and analytic problem solving to deliver high-quality results and solutions. I work with a diverse and talented team of professionals who share my passion and vision for independent music.
