I am passionate about building products at the intersection of AI & search, and bring immediately value to users. Currently, I serve as Director of Product, AI & Search @LumApps, where I lead the product function within the tribe shaping tomorrow’s workplace. Our mission: to build the first AI Employee Hub - delivering agentic platforms, AI-powered search, recommendations systemes and analytics & algorithms that empower organizations to unlock the full potential of their people. Before LumApps, I spent 4 years as a Product Manager @Carrefour, where I worked at an exceptional scale. Highlights include- 🤖 Launching Hopla+, the first GenAI-powered agent in food retail, helping customers shop in minutes, save money, and reduce waste- Shipping a machine learning–based search ranking algorithm that boosted sales and improved customer experience- Driving a measurable increase in NPS for the internal search engine. Beyond corporate roles, I bring an entrepreneurial mindset- 🪄 Co-founded @OuiVallée, a connected smartband brand, and @MedecineJob.com, a healthcare job board- Participated in the Amazon Launchpad accelerator with @OuiVallée- Contributed to the integration of startups into an industrial group and the launch of a new B2B business @Ceanothe- Worked as a freelance consultant on e-commerce projects across industries (B2B, B2C, retail, design, packaging) and launched indie projects like Ohmy.tools and blogs. With 10+ years of experience, across 4 countries and in both startups and large organizations, I thrive at the crossroads of innovation, startups, AI, and product strategy -> always with the ambition to design products that create impact at scale!
