About Joaquin Lopez

I am a self motivated and driven commercial real estate professional® licensed in the state of Texas. I founded LOCAL Real Estate Group with KW Commercial. We are a real estate firm dedicated to our clients and offer professional support with their real estate goals in commercial and land sales, purchases, development and investment in real estate. Our two fundamental principles are providing a phenomenal customer experience and pride ourselves on being an organization focused on ensuring our staff love where they work! My previous experience consists of both public and private sector real estate design, development and construction management. Projects have ranged from cosmetic renovations, historical building reftrofits, major renovations, ground ups, design builds, and change of building use conversions. For the past few years I have focused on two specific real estate related efforts. I am the department head of the Commercial/Land Division for LOCAL Real Estate Group at Keller Williams and started a small Real Estate Fund investing in real estate assets across several Texas markets. My department helps with leasing, purchasing and selling, property, as well as real estate development services for select clients. Since getting licensed and practicing real estate in Texas, we have been a part of over 50 land or commercial transactions and the number continues to grow. Prior to this, I focused on real estate development oversight and started and completed over $1.25 Billion of projects since 2004 across the United States.
