About Joaquin Luchetti

Both during my time as a player, as well as my training as a coach, I had the opportunity to be part of the Argentine Rugby Union (UAR), in a context of development and High Performance training standards. In my beginnings as a Data Analyst for National Teams, continuing as National Assistant Coach and Director of the National Academy of Buenos Aires, added to my participation in clubs and provincial teams as well as my internship at the Auckland Union (New Zealand). I managed to enrich myself professionally. Being a coach and trainer excites me, and motivates me to continue building and applying my learning to new challenges and objectives. I consider myself a person who seeks to evolve, constantly incorporating new knowledge and tools, with the purpose of improving day by day to be able to apply it in my work and responsibilities. I enjoy the processes in which progress is captured, collaborating with players to reach their maximum potential, in environments where they feel motivated and recognized.
