This came naturally to me, fueled by my upbringing—my parents, both seasoned sales professionals, instilled in me the principles of effective communication and the value of building relationships. This foundation led me to my first professional role in recruitment, where I experienced the fulfilment of helping people find opportunities that matched their skills and aspirations. Recruitment introduced me to the art of identifying potential and creating connections that benefit both individuals and organizations. I later transitioned into the retail tourism sector as a travel agent at Almundo.com, where I planned and sold diverse travel services. A working holiday in Australia eventually shifted my career path to the medical industry, where I took on operations and training roles. These experiences strengthened my ability to navigate high-pressure environments, develop customer-centric strategies, and continuously seek process improvements. Now, I’m returning to recruitment, bringing with me a wealth of experience in communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
