About Joaquin Rios

I'm passionate about solving problems using logic, a skill that has always come naturally to me. I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer but discovered that my true calling lies in programming. Currently, I work as a web developer where I've had the opportunity to work with technologies like JavaScript, Svelte, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and PHP, developing various types of solutions. This experience has allowed me to enhance my skills in full-stack development and agile project management. However, I'm in a transition towards Data Science, a field that has fascinated me for a long time. To prepare myself, I'm attending a specialized Data Science bootcamp where I'm gaining knowledge in Python, data analysis, and machine learning techniques through various projects. In addition to the above, I've had the opportunity to travel and live in different countries, which has provided me with new perspectives and tools, and significantly improved my English skills. These experiences have enriched my ability to work in multicultural teams and adapt to diverse work environments. My long-term goal is to combine my programming and data analysis skills to develop innovative and unique solutions.
