I have built my professional career across various industrial sectors, including automotive, food, cosmetics, and currently pharmaceuticals, always within the fields of production and engineering. From the very beginning of my career, I have held positions of responsibility in different areas such as maintenance, production, and engineering, which has given me a broad and comprehensive view of industrial operations. With more than 25 years of experience, I possess a solid technical foundation. However, in recent years, I have placed greater emphasis on management skills, as my roles have increasingly required me to lead and coordinate teams focused on achieving results. I am familiar with tools and methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing. In terms of attitude, I am known for being positive and proactive when facing challenges, and I consistently strive to develop teams as a source of ideas and continuous improvement within the organization.
