I am a self-motivated, performance-oriented, Creative Business Leader with a demonstrated history of 25+ years of successfully managing Post-Production and VFX companies. I am proud to have contributed to delivering multi-award-winning content across the Advertising, Immersive, HETV, Entertainment and Feature Film industries. I love the industry, and its talent is as great now as when I started all those years ago! As the industry has changed and developed, so have I, gaining valuable insight into the challenges and successes of running multi-faceted companies and delivering their bespoke client needs. I am a strategic thinker. Through collaborative leadership and stakeholder relations, I am known for building teams with a strong sense of openness, trust, and community. People matter; recognising and finding the right balance between creativity and efficiency is vital to a happy team. My emotional intelligence allows me to understand the characteristics and motivations of creative professionals. This understanding enables me to provide business opportunities to innovate and grow revenue.
