As the Manager of the Program Integrity and Compliance Unit at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), my responsibility is to manage the operations of the Program Integrity and Compliance Unit and to direct quality assurance, policy compliance monitoring, program review and evaluation, risk assessment and management. As the Director of Finance & Administration of Habitat for Humanity International, I was responsible and accountable for the financial, internal controls and administrative functions of the organization country program and also collaborate closely with the Country Director in overall management of the program And finally I supervise all finance, procurement and administrative staff throughout the country. As a Senior Review & Audit officer at DFO, as a working member of a dedicated audit team, my responsibility was to conducting multiple concurrent audits, evaluations, reviews and provide findings, recommendations and options for action based on objective audits, evaluations and review. Also, as the French market manager for the Canadian Audio-Visual Certification office (CAVCO) program, my responsibility was to authorize the recommendations for certification of Canadian film and video productions (including international treaty co-productions) and accreditation of other film and video productions in accordance with the Income Tax Act, the Investment Canada Act and the Copyright Act.
