About Jocelyn Diaz

Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Global Management at Keiser University, building upon my recently earned Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. My academic foundation also includes dual bachelor’s degrees in Foreign Language and Culture (Spanish) and Kinesiology (Exercise Science), which I obtained simultaneously from Georgia Southern University in just three and a half years—all while balancing part-time and full-time work and holding leadership roles in various organizations. My passion lies in helping others grow, both personally and professionally. I thrive on learning new skills and sharing that knowledge to empower those around me. Known for my optimism, self-drive, and empathy, I aim to leverage my academic and professional experiences to inspire and connect with others. My ultimate goal is to become a well-experienced professor, using my work experience to create meaningful connections with students and bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application. I am committed to becoming a well-rounded leader and educator, fostering growth and development in every environment I contribute to.
