Editor | Writer and Content Creator | Content Marketer | UniSG Gastronome I’m a talented writer and editor with over 11 years’ experience in both B2C and B2B content creation and marketing. Over the span of my career, I’ve written for a variety of audiences across a wide range of media — both print and digital — and created content for some of Ireland’s biggest food brands within an agency setting. I’m a diligent researcher and comfortable writing about a wide range of topics, but food, sustainability and the hospitality industry are my areas of expertise. I have a BSc in Hospitality Management from TUD and a Master in Food Culture & Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy. I'm also a member of the Irish Food Writers’ Guild. I was previously Deputy Editor of Ireland’s biggest-selling food magazine, Easy Food, where I developed hundreds of recipes and wrote an impassioned monthly column about Ireland’s small food producers, in addition to standard (and not-so standard) Dep-Ed duties. For three years, I was also Editor of Easy Gluten-Free, a niche quarterly publication from the same brand. I held an additional, concurrent role of Food Content Creator at Easy Food's parent company, Zahra Media Group, creating bespoke food content for some of Ireland's biggest brands, such as Bord Bia, Sysco Ireland, Avonmore, Siúcra, Dr Oetker and many more. This ranged from straightforward recipe development and social media content through to sales catalogues, website content, trade magazines and cookbooks. After my tenure at Easy Food, I took a turn in the tech industry with Nutritics, stepping into a brand new Content Manager position on the Marketing team and putting in place a strategy for content to support a range of products across multiple channels. During this time, I made a valuable, educated contribution to the launch of Foodprint, Nutritics’ carbon tracking and reporting software for food businesses. This new direction led me to a dream job at The Sustainable Restaurant Association, where I lead our Marketing & Comms team and am responsible for managing our global content strategy, growing our audience and building our reputation worldwide. The SRA is in an exciting period of global growth and I am so thrilled to play a vital role in this, connecting with hospitality businesses around the world and contributing to a better food future for everyone.
