With the help of the internal team and the client's managers and supervisors, I coordinate schedules, and assignments, ensuring that the staffing needs are met and that the employees are satisfied and productive. I have an associate degree in criminal justice from Ivy Tech Community College, which has given me a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making skills. I have over three years of experience in the staffing field, working as a recruiter before joining Talent Strategy. I am passionate about providing quality service and creating positive relationships with both the client and the employees.
