18 years in livestock pharmacovigilance (US Livestock DPOC/ Pharmacovigilance Manager) with an extensive knowledge and technical skill set of pharmaceuticals, biological and company policies. 2011 Circle of Excellence winner.• Six years experience as a successful inside sales representative for cattle and companion animal with a thorough understanding of sales, sales selling skills and a variety of communication skills to address and resolve customer needs. • First hand interaction with owners and managers from small to corporate operations in cattle (cow/calf, stocker, feedlot), swine, poultry and aquaculture to address and resolve their product inquiries and/or complaints in accordance with company SOP’s.• Have a thorough understanding of the cattle industry, best practices, including customer wants and needs.• Professionally and efficiently work on a routine basis with colleagues at all levels in a multitude of departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Channel Distribution, Shipping, Regulatory Affairs, etc.) to meet customer and company needs.• Work in harmony with the respective Directors of Technical Services, Marketing, and Sales Management to coordinate training as well as Finance to oversee and track expenditures.• My central location keeps me informed with current Companion Animal Business Unit product information and provides a venue to train colleagues as part of One Merck goals.
