Thanks to my previous experience as a Full Stack Developer in the web and mobile sectors, I possess extensive technical know-how. This period allowed me to gain a deep understanding of software architecture and design. At a crucial point in my career, I decided to take on the role of a Team Leader. In the following years, I formed and led high-performance teams of up to 20 members in various companies and agencies. My leadership style is characterized by inspiring and supporting my employees in both their personal and professional development. My strong communication skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems in implementation processes are key elements of this role. In my current role as a Product Manager at Fielmann AG, I take responsibility for significant projects in our company. A key area of my work involves overseeing and managing microservices in the cloud. This modern architecture is essential for the scalability and performance of our digital solutions. Additionally, I lead the Order Management System, implemented in over 900 branches across 7 different countries. This task requires not only technical know-how but also a profound understanding of intercultural dynamics and the ability to effectively manage complex, cross-border processes. My experience in these areas enables me to contribute significantly to the evolution and success of our company's products by applying innovative approaches and best practices in a global context.
